Users are responsible for following applicable laws, venue rules, game rules, and platform rules before using Photo Poker in or around any poker setting.
Subscriptions
Paid access, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are expected to be managed through the App Store. Pricing and subscription details should be shown in the App Store or paywall before purchase.
Service limitations
Photo Poker may ask for a retake when cards, chips, or action are unclear. Availability can depend on device permissions, network access, third-party service providers, and subscription status.
